Will you meet before signing the contract? Yes, it is recommended, and necessary to meet before signing to discuss your likes & dislikes, and determine whether you book with us.
How are you different from the competition? We are a smaller business allowing us to be more personable. In addition, we like to work with brides to make there special day unique and fun as they want, like every DJ is different, so is every wedding. We focus on our clients and what they envision for their reception and or ceremony.
What happens if you can't make it to our event or wedding? In such an event the DJ you choose is unable to make it to your event, It will be covered. We have several DJ's that work for Amplified Digital Entertainment, in addition to being networked with other DJ's, we will ensure you will have a DJ that will make your event special.
Do you perform same sex weddings? Absolutely, we do not discriminate against anyone, and strive to exceed our clients expectations.
Will you meet before the wedding or event? Absolutely, we need to figure out any and all details or request then receive your list of songs for each activity.
Can we observe you at another event or venue? Unfortunately, due to privacy issues we can not allow this.
May we contact previous references or brides? Yes, a list of references can be issued, and we will accommodate this with a phone call to let them know you will be calling.
How do you keep up to date on your music collection? We have access to several paid download sites.
How involved can we be with the music selection and coordination? Choosing how involved you would like to be is strictly up to you.
Do you take request from our guest? Depending on whether you would like us to take request, and if it is on your do not play list, we will accommodate your wishes.
Do you accept a do not play list? Yes, we actually encourage this list to avoid emotional stigmas to songs or just because you do not want to hear certain songs.
When will you arrive to our wedding or event? We will arrive 1-2 hours before the event to setup and prepare.
What will you wear to our wedding or event? This question is dependent on you and your wishes, a tux, suit & tie, dress pants dress shirt & tie, or casual. Many times it depends on the event..
Do you require a retainer to secure our date? Yes we requests a nominal fee retainer.
What do you require of us? Shelter, Electricity, and possibly a table depending on the event.
What kind of equipment do you use? We utilize brand name digital equipment, brand names such as EV, Behringer, Numark, Peavey, QSC, Pioneer, and many others.
Do you have back-up equipment in case something breaks? Yes, we have back-up equipment in case of equipment failure in addition to contact with an on-call DJ in case of total equipment failure.
Do you have wireless mics? Yes wireless and wired
mics.
Do you post any banners or signs? No we do not set up a sign or banner.
What is your cancellation policy after signing a contract? After a contract is signed if you decide to cancel the retainer is non-refundable.
Can you play music for our ceremony as well? Yes, we can play music for your ceremony as
well.
Why are you so inexpensive? We are not inexpensive, we are reasonably priced; some of our competition on the other hand is overpriced. I perform with the same digital music and the equipment is just as good if not better.
What are your prices and why are they not listed? Our prices vary according to type of event, hours we are needed to play, and what extra equipment may be needed (up lighting, dance floor lighting, 2 system set-ups, DJ facade, and or projectors etc.). We prefer to discuss your needs in detail to ensure we price your event in accordance to what your needs and wants may be. In addition we will create a package to fit your needs.
